Should mediators draft settlement agreements in wake of ‘Reid’?

BLC Founder, David Hoffman’s article, entitled, “Should mediators draft settlement agreements in wake of ‘Reid’?” was published in Mass Lawyer’s Weekly March 14, 2022. This opinion piece comes in the wake of the Reid case, which has caused some divorce mediators in Massachusetts to wonder whether they should stop drafting separation agreements.
