Don Greenstein Leads “End of Life Conversations” Program at BLCI

BLC Affiliate Don Greenstein facilitated a lunchtime program on End of Life Conversations at the BLC Institute on May 4, 2017. The interactive program was designed to help mediators, conflict coaches, and facilitators learn strategies to help broach End of Life topics with loved ones and prospective parties. Participants enjoyed exchanging resources and experiences with one another and learning additional strategies and tools from the facilitator.
