David Hoffman and Audrey Lee Lead Workshops for Australia’s Fair Work Commission

David Hoffman and Audrey Lee recently completed a series of interactive ADR programs for Australia’s Fair Work Commission (“FWC”). In addition to an advanced mediation skills program for FWC Members, Audrey and David led a 2-day invitation-only negotiation skills program for leaders of the national labor unions and employer associations and co-led a session entitled “How to Improve Cooperation in Workplaces” for the Symposium on Cooperative Workplaces, co-sponsored by FWC and Macquarie University.
