David Hoffman and Audrey Lee Lead Mediation Program for UN Mediators & Ombuds

BLC Founder David Hoffman and BLC Institute Executive Director Audrey Lee led an Advanced Mediation Program for the Office of the United Nations Ombudsman & Mediation Services (“UNOMS”) in December. UNOMS has seven regional branches that provide informal conflict resolution services to Secretariat staff worldwide. Approximately 20 staff mediators and ombudsman gathered in New York City to participate in the 2.5-day interactive workshop on topics including implicit bias, the psychological dimensions of mediation, ethical dilemmas, and bringing peace into the room.
