BLC Leads Implicit Bias Workshop for the Professional Development Consortium

Audrey Lee, David Hoffman and Matt Thompson were invited to lead an implicit bias program for the Professional Development Consortium (“PDC”) on October 26th. PDC members from a range of law firms and legal organizations participated in the interactive Zoom workshop. The program included interactive awareness-raising exercises and small group discussions on topics including stereotyping, counteracting bias and brainstorming on how best to effectuate behavior change on individual and organizational levels.
