BLC Leads “Implicit Bias 101” ABA Webinar

On November 12, BLC’s David Hoffman, Audrey Lee and Matt Thompson led a 1-hr webinar on “Implicit Bias 101” for the American Bar Association Career Center’s Career Development Series. Topics included an overview of implicit bias research, strategies to raise individual awareness, ideas for leading in-house implicit bias workshops and bias reduction strategies.
