Audrey Lee and David Hoffman will lead a discussion about mediation techniques that go beyond the basics, including a focus on cognitive biases and methods for overcoming the ‘prisoner’s dilemma.’ This program is for mediators, lawyers and other professionals – any mediation participant. Please bring your own ideas and experiences, regardless of whether your experience with mediation is serving as an advocate, mediator, or both.
