BLC Institute Programs

This lunchtime conversation will focus on how managers and other professionals can apply basic mediator skills to help colleagues navigate their differences more easily. BLC’s Audrey Lee will begin the Zoom session with a brief interactive presentation on the role of the mediator and introduce key mediator skills. Attendees will then have the opportunity to practice skills in small groups. Prior to the session, participants will be invited to share scenarios and topics of interest in a pre-program anonymous e-survey. The zoom link will be emailed the week of the workshop.
