In this interactive talk, David Hoffman will share key insights from his new book, The Art of Impasse-Breaking in Mediation: A Handbook for Mediators, Lawyers, and Other Conflict Resolvers. Drawing on his 34 years of experience as a mediator, David will discuss specific impasse-breaking tools, as well as how to know when to use them.
