In this interactive talk, Audrey will share key insights from her new book, Navigating Conflict at Work: A Guide to Workplace Mediation. Drawing on her experience mediating and coaching hundreds of workplace conflicts, Audrey will discuss when mediation can help, what makes workplace mediation different from other types of mediation, and how participants (and mediators) can get the most out of the mediation process. This is an informal conversation, so please bring your questions and stories about workplace conflict.
