The Future of DEI: Bridging Perspectives in a Time of Challenge
May 22 @ 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
FreePlease join us for an interactive discussion about the future of diversity, equity, and inclusion (“DEI”). Given the Trump administration’s concerted effort to dismantle DEI practices at universities, government agencies, law firms, and employers generally, those who support DEI are wondering how best to move forward. BLCI has offered, and will continue to offer, trainings and other programs about diversity, within dispute resolution and more broadly. At the same time, we wish to host earnest engagement across the political spectrum about how to support inclusive processes. This gathering will offer an opportunity for such engagement, and also for a frank discussion about how DEI initiatives could be improved. Please feel free to forward this invitation to others – and especially to people whose perspectives differ from ours. This free program will be hosted and facilitated by BLC’s Audrey Lee, Matt Thompson, and David Hoffman.
Please register with your preferred email address as we will send the zoom link for this program to registered email addresses the week before the workshop.
