On October 17th, BLC’s Audrey Lee led an interactive webinar on “Negotiating Your Career Advancement” for the Professional Development Consortium, the association for individuals responsible for developing and managing professional development for lawyers, future lawyers, and other professionals at law firms, law schools, government agencies and corporations. The session focused on strategies to prepare for compensation or promotion negotiations and how to leverage the negotiation dynamics that might get in the way.
